About the project
Property team AG has developed the logistics center KUEHNE + NAGEL Bielefeld in cooperation with “Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung GmbH”. The object includes a transshipment hall with approx. 10.000 m², a logistics hall with approx. 11,700 m², an office building with approx. 3,100 m² as well as approx. 38,500 m² of outdoor facilities. The property was sold after completion to an institutional investor.
