About the project
With the project “Oerlikon Plant North” the property team AG has developed the new construction of a modern production hall (approx. 4,322 m² GFA) with tenant-specific installations for the surface coating of tools and other components. The plot with an area of 14,902 m² is located in the Intercommunal Industrial Park “Ostwestfalen-Lippe” (OWL) in the extension area “Hellfeld” near Bielefeld. The property was sold after completion to two utilities.
