with the "oerlikon plant north1" project, propertyteam ag developed a new construction for a modern production hall (approx. 4,320 m2 gross floor space) with tenant-specific fittings for the surface coating of tools and other components. with an area of 14,900 m2, the property is located in the inter-municipal commercial area of "ostwestfalen-lippe" (owl) in the development area of "hellfeld" near bielefeld. the property was sold to two supply companies after completion.
